Why Choose Middlewich Veterinary Surgery?

We aren’t the only vets in the area – so why choose us?

We understand that choosing a vet can be hard – your pet is a part of your family and you want the very best for them. As Vets, Nurses and Veterinary Support Staff we love pets, and want to provide them with the best health care.

At Middlewich, we believe it’s the little things that  make a big difference. We aim to make every pet’s experience at the vets a pleasant one, and it’s with this in mind that we have adopted our four key principles; Care, Empathy, Communication and Expertise.

A man kneels outside Middlewich Veterinary Surgery, smiling and holding two dogs on leashes. The clinic door displays operating hours and veterinary information. The setting is a sunny day with a brick wall and window visible in the background.

Our number one priority at Middlewich is the health and well-being of the pets entrusted to our care. From a friendly face at the reception desk to dedicated vets and our great facilities – we hope everything we do shows how much we care.

Our team all have one thing in common – they are in the veterinary industry because they care about pets. As pet owners ourselves we understand that your pet is part of your family. We always aim to understand our client’s concerns from a pet owners perspective and treat their pets as if they were our own.

At Middlewich Vets, we believe that is of the utmost importance that our clients are well informed from start to finish. This includes treatment strategies, advice and costs of treatment. We also understand that communication is a two-way process and aim to nurture an environment whereby our clients can happily talk to us about anything to do with their pet…no matter how trivial.

We aim to maintain the highest standards of veterinary care at Middlewich Veterinary Surgery. Our team regularly attend further training courses to keep up to date with the latest advances in veterinary care. Being part of the Willows Vet Group allows us to access the expertise and advice from other vets and specialists in surgery, medicine, cardiology and dermatology to name just a few.

School and Nursery Visits

Our school and nursery visits are fun-filled events and great for getting children interested in all things pet related. We tailor our visits to the audience, but have many vet related interactive activities for all ages.

We have worksheets for various abilities and ages and each child gets a sticker. Teachers will find they are able to do follow up activities and creative play following a visit from a vet.
